(3) Add lubricating oil to the moving part and replace damaged and corroded parts.

(4) Check contact wear.

3. The interrupter vacuum identification and replacement

(1) Interrupter vacuum identification

The vacuum degree of the vacuum circuit breaker is directly related to the insulation performance and interrupting the performance of the circuit breaker. In practice, it is difficult to correctly determine the vacuum degree of the interrupter chamber. The common method is to use the frequency withstand voltage method to qualitatively determine the vacuum degree is qualified or not.

(2) Interrupter replacement

The replacement of the interrupter chamber is relatively simple, generally according to the manufacturer's operating instructions for the procedure. After the end of the replacement, the assembly size of the equipment, the circuit breaker stroke, overtravel, open distance measurement, unqualified should be adjusted.
