a) Electrical wires: These wires are extensively used in house wiring that is meant for carrying low power loads such as light wiring, fan wiring, etc.
b) Shielded instrumentation cable: This cable has high strength and durability, these are used in the connection of instruments, data transmission, computers, process control systems, etc.
c) Polyvinyl chloride cables (PVC): They are used for underground as well as overhead transmission of power in power plants, industries, and all other electrical installations.
d) PTFE (Poly tetra fluoro ethylene): This type of cable has excellent electric properties, because of its heat resistant property, it is used in adverse conditions where the temp. ranges can vary from +180 degrees Celsius and above to below -40 degrees Celsius.
e) Silicon rubber insulated wires: This cable is used in electric utilities such as the generation and transmission of electricity. It is the most suitable wire for places that require long service life with safety considerations.
f) Fire survival cables: These are special cables used to operate for a defined period during a fire outbreak.
